Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at parentping@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
If your ParentPing arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge — no stress, no hassle. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
